Go to Control panel > Properties > General Configuration > You'll find a text field there "certificate types"
The certificate types need to be separated with a vertical pipe sign "|" as shown on the screenshot above. If you can't find or do not have a keyboard with the pipe sign you can simply copy and paste the sign for the next certificate type.
