In order to change the deposit date or amount the charge needs to be deleted from the transaction history. In order to do so the date of the deposit charge needs to be known.

Then enter the accounts section > transaction history

Search for the deposit charge by putting the date of the deposit charge in both date fields on the transaction history. Press submit and then press on "expand all" so you can see the details for each transaction making it easier to find your deposit charge.

Instead of scrolling through a long list of transactions to find the deposit charge manually you could click CTRL + F (or CMD + F for Macs) and type in the tenants name. Once the deposit charge is found please select the check box on the left and scroll to the bottom to delete the selected transaction.
Then go back to the the Tenancy > click Actions > Tenants Account > and on the right-hand side press Charge Deposit Manually.


Enter the correct deposit amount, memo and date then the charge deposit.
