HTML, print, email and bulk email

HTML templates
PROS:
- Multiple applications
- Prints via the browser
- Email friendly
- Exports as Word
- Best suited for letters that need to be emailed
- Bulk email or print (canvassing)
- MS Word is not required

CONS:
HTML knowledge may be required to get perfect results on complex documents
Not good for multiple pages, unless you are an expert in HTML
Header and footer is not positioned as perfectly as MS Word, unless you are a HTML expert

This tutorial focusses on the email capabilities.

RECAP:

• Add one of our pre-existing templates from the Template Library found in:
  Gnomen > Control Panel > Templates > Add templates from library

• Choose a template ending in "(email)"

• For offers, valuations, etc. use one of our pre-made templates and amend them

• For bulk emails, we have a Landlord, applicant and tenant bulk email template

• Open the templates we have provided you from the Library, and amend them as required via:
  Gnomen > Control Panel > Templates > Edit
