If the landlord balance doesn't match the property balance, you might want to check if there are any payments that are unassociated to a tenancy.
Go to the "main" account
Click on the date filter "last 3 years" to a majority of your transactions > press CTRL + F, then type in the word "none" (this is an easier alternative to find transactions with no tenancy associated.
Click on the radio button next to the transaction with no "related tenancy".
Then using the dropdown list, select the tenancy this payment was related to, then click "associate" afterwards. This will balance the Landlord's main account with their property balance.
