You are able to create recurring jobs by adding a certificate with an expiry date to the property. Once the certificate expires or is close to expiring you can assign a work order to complete a job and reset the expiry date for the next interval.
Go to the property > open then attachments tab at the bottom > click on the blue text "open certificates" > then add new certificate.

Enter the the expiry date > click on submit to create the safety certificate.

Once a safety certificate has expired or is close to expiring you will need to create a work order to renew the certificate.
Go to the property with the expired certificate > open the work orders tab below > click on "add work order"

Select the safety certificate that is expiring or expired and create the work order. From your dashboard, you can directly link a certificate to a work order and vice versa.

Go to the dashboard > scroll down to the certificates section > press on the yellow spanner icon to create a work order which will be associated with this expired certificate.

If you look at a certificate with a work order assigned to it, a work order icon show next to them indicating so. The same goes for work orders as well, you will see a certificate icon on jobs that are linked to a certificate.
