Single let is a regular let, whereby a single tenancy contract is drawn up, for one or more tenants in the house.

So, one tenancy contract is created. There is one rent due amount, although one or more of the tenants may be paying the rent in different increments.

Multi-let could be a "flat share" or HMO (House with Multiple Occupants).

Multi-lets allow you to create a completely separate contract, for each room/unit within a building.

Adding a Multi-let property adds an "empty shell" of a house/block. Rooms/Units then need to be added to the house. Unless you add rooms/units, you will not be able to create a tenancy, or advertise it!

Here are some characteristics of a Multi-let in Gnomen PMS;

1. The list view

2. Details view

3. Properties > Manage presets (managing what you see on the list view)

4. Selecting a property from the lookup menu
