You can back up data in csv files via the control panel > backup/export.
Enter your Gnomen username and password.
Click any of the buttons to export the relevant data in CSV file. This cant take a while to download depending on the size of your data.
Note: If the system gives you the warning message "You have no access to Create backup of system." you can either contact your branch manager or the account holder to grant you permission.
If you are someone that has access to backup/export data then you will have to enable to the setting on your user within the user and groups section.
Go to the control panel > user and groups > press on the pencil icon next you your name.
Scroll down to the "backup data" setting and make sure "yes" is selected > scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on update.
