You can review the properties published on Rightmove using realtime feed, through creating presets in Gnomen.
To create the Preset:
Go to the properties page > click on "more options" > on the RTF section select "Yes" on the portals you wish yo see on this preset and "No" on the others > then click on "Save as Preset".
Give the preset a simple name so that you will know which RTF portal you're about to view when selecting.
On properties page click on the preset dropdown and choose the preset you created.
You can follow the same procedure and create more presets according to your requirements.
