Branches allow you to restrict users from one branch, seeing data from another... i.e. if you have stock in one branch, you can restrict a user from another branch from seeing it, enabling permissions to see only data from their own branch.
However, there are even more filters and functionality... for example:
RENT DUE SCREEN: You'll notice that there's not a branch code column. This can be used to search and filter down rents due from a particular branch.
STANDARD DOCUMENT/EMAILS: Sending standard letters, invoices, etc. can adopt a different branch address, name and style.
PORTAL FEEDS: Choose to send your data feed from separate branches using separate portal accounts. Or, we have an option to "consolidate data for all branches"... meaning that it can be sent over as a merged list from one portal account.
REPORTS: Report on performance by branch.
FILTERS: Applicants and properties can be filtered by branch.
