We’re happy to be back at work, here’s the roundup of our 54th sprint on our new software platform.
Address autocomplete
The goal here is to achieve the easiest way to find UK addresses. With postcodes applying to multiple door numbers, and new postcodes and addresses being added on an ongoing basis, we are testing the limits of current providers.
For example, our research has shown us that although Google holds a comprehensive database, it lacks the API ability to show all relevant addresses and we faced the opposite issue with Tom Tom. We are now exploring an alternative provider that looks very promising.
Manage the availability of my diary
Managing your diary and making the booking process smooth is key for every agent and business person in general. The challenge is to create a way for your customers to book appointments directly into your diary. We are giving agents the ability to manage their availability for specific appointment types, which as a result will be a key timesaver.
We’ve laid down the mechanics of creating appointment slots, setting appointment duration, buffer time, etc.
Property filters
The larger your property portfolio becomes, the more important it is to filter and find your properties efficiently. This means not only providing you with the filters you need but creating a filtering tool that’s easy to use, customisable and gives you results in real time.
This week the development has been focused on customising these filters.
