In order for your properties to appear on the website, you will need to make sure that longitude and latitude is set on the Gnomen system. The property search uses the geographical location of a property and that can only be set if the longitude/latitude values are set.

Go onto the property that is not appearing on your website search > click on actions and then edit property.

Scroll down to the "address of property on market" section and check if there are any numbers within the "latitude" and "longitude" fields. These numbers need to present for this property to be searchable within your website. You can use the find address feature to gel the long/lat values for you.

Enter the postcode for this property > then click "find address".

Select the correct property on the the list and the system will get the longitude and latitude values for you.

Then scroll down and click save. This should enable your property to be searched within your website.

Note: In the odd chance that the "find address" feature doesn't pull through the longitude and latitude values or gives you incorrect values (making the property show somewhere else on the map search), you will need to manually get this information from google maps.

Go onto Google maps and find the property on the map > right click on the property itself and press on "what's here?".

At the bottom the latitude and longitude values for the property should appear. Copy and paste these numbers into Gnomen.
