For existing contacts in PMS, you are able to canvas via the landlords section... but please do bear in mind that they need to be either active or subscribed customers that have given you some form of permission to market, or it could cause spam issues and servers getting blacklisted etc.
If you have a mailing list and use Mailchimp, you can send mass emails... and let them deal with the permission to market and spam issues.
