You can manage the keys you issue to a person using Gnomen, follow the steps below:

Go onto the property you wish to add a key for > scroll down and open the keys tab > then fill in the information that is required for this key and lick "add key".

Once the key has been added to the property you can now issue the key to someone by pressing the button key icon.

Fill in the information for the key you're going to issue and click on the button "issue"

Once you have issues to the key to someone the key will appear at the keys log, with all the information on it. When the person returns the key you can collect the key on the system from this same screen, just click the purple return key icon next.

TIP: The key history can be seen by clicking the History icon.

If you want to see all the keys that have been issued you can see all this information within the key management on the dashboard. Open the dashboard and scroll down to the key management section.

The key management can show overdue keys that have been issued. Just change the filter at the top right of the section.

Note: If you cannot see this section within your dashboard you will need you user group adjusted. Go to the control panel > user and groups > press the pencil icon next to your user group and click on the keys checkbox under the dashboard group.
