We’d like to share with you what we’ve worked on in our 59th sprint of our new software platform.
Diary-to-do view
The challenge here is to create an effective way for the agent to track his daily tasks. Here we have created an easy way to make anything in the system turn into an actionable task, be it for a callback or a valuation chase-up, etc.

Property photos, EPC chart generation and document uploads
This week, we’ve optimised the process of uploading large photos and documents such as floor-plans, EPC charts and property photos onto Amazon s3’s cloud server.
We’ve also completed an EPC chart generator, giving you crisper, high res EPC charts.

Contact filter count
This week we further worked on a real-time filter count for the contacts section. This updates as you apply filters. This is a great way to give agents insight into their pool of contacts as well as help them filter down to the most accurate results. For example, at a glance, I can see how many contacts are assigned to each user. If I then select a user, I can instantly see how many vendors he has, and how many of the valuations are pending. This week we started stress testing this feature to make sure it can handle large databases of contacts.
