If you are trying to publish a property on any of the real time portals which are Rightmove, Zoopla and On the market. Please make sure that following information for the properties are filled in properly.
Edit property > property info tab, make sure you have added the correct post code
Move to the 2nd tab "Description". There if you need to add rooms make sure that the title is as simple as possible and without any special characters. The description is under 1000 characters and without any special characters, it needs to be plain text. In the dimensions make sure to add the correct values as per the option you have selected either feet or meters. (Consult the note underneath the fields for more details)
In the next tab "Photos/Floorplans/EPC". Under the photographs, make sure you are uploading images in JPG format. Other formats like PNG, BMP etc are not recommended and you might see blank images or broken images when uploaded to portals.
In the same tab "Photos/Floorplans/EPC" in the floorplans section, make sure you are uploading the floorplan in JPG format. PDF formats and other image formats are not allowed.
In the same tab "Photos/Floorplans/EPC" in the EPC section you have a couple of options available.
You can create an EPC chart image using our create EPC chart option as following. (This is the recommended option so there is no issues with EPC charts as sometimes uploading an own image could give issues if the format is not right or the image is not uploaded properly.)
Alternatively you can upload your own EPC chart image as well. Make sure the image format is JPG.
You can also upload EPC full reports in PDF using the following options.
On the last tab publish, make sure to check the enable check box and set publish on portals to yes.
