The two methods to integrate with your website are as follows:

1. SUBDOMAIN

We can create a sub-domain like "search.yourwebsite.com"...

In essence, your website is hosted on a different server... so when you click the search feature, it jumps to a subdomain which will be hosted on our server.

The sub-domain will look like your current site, it will have the menu, top and bottom banner etc. with links that jump back to the normal site.

You will have the following benefits using this method:

• Customer Login Portal (My Area). This is a complete customer communication and information portal; Landlord statements, invoices, sales progress, share documents, inspection reports, offers, viewing feedback, real-time work order reporting, tenant application processing, etc.

• Register; Applicant registrations go straight into the software system

• Search facilities now include;
  - Draw on the map
  - Proximity search (i.e. 1, 2, 3 miles etc. radius from a location)
  - Search by station
  - Postcodes and counties have accurate boundaries
  - Local transport, schools and points of interest appear on the property

The XML feeds are real-time feeds which your website hosting providers can process at any time by "fetching" the data. The process of fetching the feed will need some expertise/development at your end. If you could please consult with your website hosting providers before confirming to go ahead with this feed.

From our side, the XML feed will be a hosted solution just like a website page providing the links above.
