We’d like to share with you what we’ve worked on in our 60th sprint of our new software platform.
Open banking integration
Open banking allows smoother banking and software integration. We’ve continued working with our integration partner to provide agents with a seamless experience. This week’s task was to explore security protocols to ensure best practices are met when it comes to sensitive data and online payments.
Diary UI
The challenge here is to give more time slot options when making appointments in a simple way. In addition, an improved interface makes it easy to determine the length of appointments.
Native cloud applications
Considering the infrastructure of an online application is key to determining the elasticity of the application and potential to grow. We were previously with a hybrid cloud model, but have opted for a full “native cloud” based application with Amazon’s Cloud services. This means our application can meet whatever demands are thrown at it, allowing infinite scalability and in turn giving you consistent high performance.
