To make sure while sending SMS from Gnomen PMS, either your number or a company name/title is shown at receiver's end. You need to make sure that the following two fields in the system are filled with the required details.

When you send out an SMS from system it first checks if the current users mobile number is added under the user details in control panel, if there will be no number there then it will check the "SMS from number" under configuration in control panel. You need to make sure these fields have proper information before sending out any SMS.

To update the user mobile number go to control panel > users and groups.

Click on pencil icon to edit the user details.

Update the mobile number as following and save.

Note: The user information can only be updated by a user who has administrative privileges. If you don't have access to update the information an admin needs to update that for you.

To update the mobile number/title go to control panel > configuration

Add a title or a number in the SMS from field as following.

Update the title as following and save.
