Leave a copy on the server? You have a few options.

Recommended: 30 days:
Choose "Remove from server after 30 days"

Leave on server: If you choose: "Leave a copy of messages on server", your email quota will fill up, and risk not receiving emails because there will be no space left in order to receive new emails.

Alternatively, if you check the option remove from server when deleted from deleted items. Each time you send/receive in your email program like Outlook, it will remove the messages from the server and they will not be able recoverable.

Webmail: You alternatively user our webmail url to access your emails as well. https://webmail.gnomen.co.uk/

Please note, this is a POP3 email service. It is designed to work with a program like Outlook, Mac Mail. But we recommend Gmail, since you can get the best of both worlds, i.e. use their interface as a Webmail service, as well as it being a POP3 email account. Yes, your emails will be sent and received from your real email address, and people will not know that you're using Gmail's interface as your mail program.
