🔥 1. Photo attachments for work orders
Software: This is available via Gnomen PMS / Lettings / Work orders
Website: From the client portal as a tenant
Print/email: From a job sheet assignment, landlord approval or job completion report template
Use the print/email icon found in the Work Order actions...
Photos are embedded in the email
🔥 2. New work order email/print templates
Add them to your Gnomen PMS account via:
Control Panel / Templates / Add from Master Template Library
Work order by email
Work order - quotation required for works
🔥 3. ARLA templates - Signable compatible versions available
Add them to your Gnomen PMS account via:
Control Panel / Templates / Add from Master Template Library
🔥 4. Signable: Include PDF documents in Signable envelopes
Attach multiple PDFs such as Gas Safety, EPC, Electric Safety, How to Rent Guide, etc. to get signed via the e-signature provider Signable.
You'll find pre-defined certificate "slots", where PDFs can be uploaded, for example Gas Safety, Electric Safety, etc.
Properties details > Certificates
Print / email letters > Signable...
Certificates will appear, as well as the ability to attach other documents such as the How to Rent Guide. And they will all be compiled into the AST for signing...
