Please send an email to the Gnomen Support Team asking them to "flush" and wipe your accounts clean.
Doing so will delete all delete rents due, deposits collected, all invoices, receipts, ALL data found in the Chart of Accounts, and Transaction History, etc. will end in a balance of 0. You will have no invoices left, or deposits collected.
This action will not affect any marketing data, i.e. properties/descriptions/photos, applicants, tenants, directory records, etc... It will only affect their account balances.
IMPORTANT: This action cannot be undone! There will be a charge to reverse this process (if at all possible), so please ensure that you have recorded this financial information before instructing us to flush the accounts.
