In order to setup Signable with Gnomen you will need the an API key generated, follow the steps linked below in order to get that APi key.

Once you have generated an API key you will need to head over to the control panel > click on configuration > and then enter the API you just generated into the "Signable API Key" slot.
Enter the API key here and click "save" at the bottom of the page. This will integrate your Singable account with Gnomen.
After you have integrated Signable, you will need signable integrated templates in order to send E-signable contracts. Currently we provide a standard AST signable template on our template master library, just head over to the control panel > templates > and then "add templates from master library".
Scroll down to the "lettings letters" section and select "Ast-tenancy agreement 2018 (e-signable ready)" > scroll down to the bottom and click "add selected". This will save our Signable template onto your system.
You can download and open this Signable AST template by going onto any tenant < press action > then click on "print standard letter".
Open the lettings tab and select the Signable AST template we just added > then click next step.
Fill in the information presented.
Select "Signable (E-sign this document).
You will then be presented with the Signable contract. Here you will be able to add more people to sign this document (ie: additional tenants) and rearrange the order of who signs the document first. After you have added additional signers you will need to copy and paste the block of text on the contract (where they should sign).
