You can create a development via the quick actions bar on the left of the property page. Go onto properties > click on the rectangular blue side button.
Click on manage development.
Create a development.
Fill in the information relating to the development such as the category (you can include images as well).
Now whenever you're entering a new instruction relating to the development, you can select the development below.
Then select the development.
