2. Automatically email applicants after a viewing to take feedback and make an offer

  • Applicants will be emailed after a viewing has taken place

  • They'll be able to give feedback and make an offer

  • Negotiators will receive an email

  • Offers and feedback will be logged in Gnomen

3. Email contractor a work order checkbox added

Adding a work order now gives you a quick option to email the contractor.
Previously you had to go via the email/print menu.

  • Last contacted
    Edit "Preset" and enable the column to show when the applicant/landlord/or tenant was last contacted (via the Communications Log)

  • MS Word templates management improvement:
    We can now use just one header/footer/continuation page header image that can be embedded in all MS Word Documents.
    This means that adding we can change one image, that changes the header/footer of ALL your standard Word Documents instead of having to edit them one by one and uploading them back to the Control Panel / Template Library.
    Step 1.
    Enter the full URL of the image in the fields found in Control Panel / Branches:

    Add the following tags to your MS Word Documents.
    {BRANCH_HEADER}
    {BRANCH_HEADERC} (this is used for the continuation pages)
    {BRANCH_FOOTER}
