It advisable to set up a SPOOF record (otherwise known as a SPF record) to ensure that your emails are not blocked when sending emails from Gnomen PMS.
Setting up a SPF record, tells ISPs (Internet Service Providers) that emails coming from Gnomen’s server is a legitimate email source and that it is not a "spoof" email. If you do not set up a SPF record, there is a danger that your emails could be blocked by some Anti-Spam/Spoof software.

Please forward this to your IT person that deals with your emails:
If you have no SPF records set in place:
