There are two types of integrations that we can set up with portals:

• Property feed

• Lead imports

Property feeds

We can set up real-time feeds for:

• Rightmove

• Zoopla

• OnTheMarket

BLM feed (data that is sent overnight)

• Nethouseprices

• Gumtree

• Commercial people portal

• Homesearch

• BYM

Setup your real-time feed portal integration

1. Notify the portals
   ​
   Contact the portals you are registered with and let them know that you would like to set up a property feed from Gnomen.

2. Configuring your account
   ​
   Gnomen support will receive an email confirmation from the portals with your branch ID which is what we need in order to set up the feed from our end.

   Please note, configuring the account does not mean that the portal feed is live.

3. Get your properties ready
   ​
   Once we have configured your account, we'll notify you and ask that you start preparing your properties to be published onto the properties.

4. Quality check
   ​
   Let us know once you have prepped your property listing and we can check that it's all good to go.

5. Go live
   ​
   Confirm with the portals that you are ready to set to portal feed live. Please note that this will delete anything you already have on the live portal and replace it with the data feed from Gnomen, hence why it is important that your property list is ready.

Setup your BLM feed integration

1. Notify portals
   ​
   Contact the portals you are registered with and let them know that you would like to set up a BLM feed from Gnomen.

2. Setting up the BLM feed
   ​
   The portals will need to provide us with the following FTP details:
   - FTP hostname
   - FTP username
   - FTP password
   - Branch ID
   ​
   We'll be able to configure your account soon as these have been provided to us.

3. Get your properties ready
   ​
   Once we have configured your account, we'll notify you and ask that you start preparing your properties to be published onto the properties.

4. Quality check and go live
   ​
   Let us know once you have prepped your property listing and we can check over that it's all good to go.

   
   We'll then enable the daily feed.

Lead imports

We can set up an import that will allow Rightmove and Zoopla to automatically feed applicant leads onto Gnomen.

Leads import can only be set up once the property feed has been set up. We will require your company ID from the portals in order to configure your account.

We'll notify you once this has been set up and you'll start receiving your applicant leads into the system every 1/2 hour.

Please note that only applicants that have enquired for a particular property will feed onto Gnomen.
