It's advisable to create a category, so that your residential UK stock is separated from the overseas ones.
Adding Category:
Control Panel > Properties > Manage Categories > Add category
Then enter a name and description for this category also select the category group.
To filter out Overseas from Residential properties, a "View/Preset" must be created.
Manage Presets:
Go to control panel > properties > manage view presets > create new view preset > enter the name of this new preset and choose the category that you creates so that only "Overseas" properties are shown.
